This beef is EXTRA EXTRA LEAN (you can't find beef this lean in grocery stores). It is popular among the bodybuilding community for competition prep and is so lean that it will help give you that competitive edge!
This beef is so lean you need to watch the bottom of your pan while cooking it! Its much leaner than any lean ground beef from the grocery store.
With less than 10% fat, the taste is not the same as our "lean Ground Beef", but still has a satisfying flavor- Just ask Jess; he fries it up for lunch and just adds salt and pepper!
