2 Cross Rib (Pot) Roasts (approx 3-4lbs each) Put your roast in the crockpot before work on low for 8hrs , or in the Instant Pot on Meat/Stew setting and it will fall apart at suppertime!
2 packs Stew Meat (approx 1lb each) Our Simplest meat to cook! Brown it, then let it sit in your slow cooker all day and by supper time it will fall apart in your mouth! You won't find better tasting stew than this!
