Boneless New York Strip Steaks are a bona fide Prairie Protein customer favorite. Also known as the "Kansas City Steaks," these steaks are incredibly juicy and full of flavor. They're often called the ultimate cookout steak.

Our beef is provincially inspected & certified for resale. It is packaged in brown butcher paper, or vacuum sealed (for certain cuts) & frozen.
